3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and materials needed for your project
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Provide feedback and approvals as requested
- Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide to us
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. VynMedia retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to the agreed schedule.
6. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
VynMedia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
